During your consultation, one of the partners of the firm will review your problem at length and will explain in detail what resolutions are available to you. What Do I Need to Bring to My Consultation?

For individuals, we ask that you fill out the following Client Data Form prior to your appointment and bring this with you to your consultation. We have forms in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic. If you require a form in another language, please call us at (202) 331-3074.

Please bring a copy of your passport, copies of all correspondence you have had with U.S. Immigration, and anything else that you believe is important for your situation. There is a $325.00 (U.S.) fee for the consultation for individuals, which must be paid prior to the consultation. If you decide, within 24 hours, to retain us to assist you with your immigration matter we will credit your account for the consultation fee. We have Washington, DC, MD, VA, NC, and TX licensed attorneys. We have staff members that speak many different languages including French, Tagalog, Farsi, Hindi, Telugu, Mandarin, Spanish, Bengali, and Portuguese.
