New Filing Addresses for I-140 Petitions and Employment Based Form I-485 Applications
USCIS recently announced that it will be re-balancing the workload distribution of certain Form I-140 petitions and employment based Form I-485 applications. The workload will be distributed between the Texas Service Center and the Nebraska Service Center.
Starting October 19, 2015, if you are submitting a Form I-907 together with a Form I-140 petition for a work site in MARYLAND, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, or PENNSYLVANIA you must file it with the Nebraska Service Center at the below address:

However, if you are filing Form I-907 to upgrade a pending Form I-140 to premium processing, mail the Form I-907 to the service center that has the pending Form I-140.
If you are not submitting one of these petitions from Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania, continue to file your forms as indicated on the form instructions.
